some reflective shades, the 80's trend is back!

BLOG IS BACK!

   After some weeks of absence while I didn't feed this blog properly he got a bit skinny I know! Now that we made peace with each other we pretend to live happily ever after!

Here's one of my favorite Spring Summer 2012 Collections of ACNE where you can take loads of inspiration from..

Jonny Johansson, the creative designer of the brand took his inspiration from a trip to Marrakech where we wanted to deconstruct all the fashion clichés the city has been giving birth. 

The result was an urban and relevant approach with some loose silhouettes like flared pants opposing to crop tops laser-cut with stars, and cropped leather motorcycle jackets and pants.

I'm loving the mix of colours in each set specially with the oranges and greens. The result is just perfect!

WHO ARE YOUR INFLUENCERS?

It's been a while since I saw this short film for the first time  and some weeks ago we've seen it again during a class. It always makes me think and mentally search of whom have been my biggest influencers till now and when,why and how deep did they influenced me. For me my family and friends have been playing the main role. Each one on his/her own way have made a bit of me.And also music, I can´t live without it, good music can always cheer me up. And you? Have you thought of whom has been influencing you the most?

"INFLUENCERS is a short documentary that explores what it means to be an influencer and how trends and creativity become contagious today in music, fashion and entertainment.

The film attempts to understand the essence of influence, what makes a person influential without taking a statistical or metric approach.

Written and Directed by Paul Rojanathara and Davis Johnson, the film is a Polaroid snapshot of New York influential creatives (advertising, design, fashion and entertainment) who are shaping today's pop culture.

"Influencers" belongs to the new generation of short films, webdocs, which combine the documentary style and the online experience."

THE SPORTY CHIC

 They say opposites attract and I often tend to like the mixing of contrasts. The classic with the easygoing, luxury with high-street fashion,bright and cheerful colors with restrained neutrals and in this case I find very interesting the result of the sporty chic look. Just simple sportswear with tons of jewelry and voilá!
