Às vezes a coisas mais simples e mais baratas são as mais especiais para mim. Quando olho e vejo um anel com ar que podia ter pertencido à minha bisavó (digamos com ar antigo) por apenas um 1€...qual nuggets europoupança  qual quê, this had to be mine!

MOVING TO THE NEW ROOM

 É já sábado que mudo finalmente para um quarto só meu num apartamento de 6 raparigas (espanholas e belgas) por isso presumo que muita  diversão e risada não faltarão!Para quem ainda não ouviu novidades nenhumas estou a adorar as aulas, as pessoas (os meus colegas são de todos os cantos do mundo, particularmente India, China, Rússia, Colombia etc e alguns italianos também). Fora o gelo que tem estado nos últimos dias (e preveem-se mínimas de -10 graus para a semana) que me tem congelado as pontas dos dedos dos pés e feito quase espalhar umas centenas de vezes, estou a gostar de tudo! Já me fartei de passear pelas ruazinhas quando estava melhor tempo, passei pela Via della Spiga, a principal rua das lojas de luxo, mas só me atrevi entrar na Celine na via Montenapoleone porque teve mesmo mesmo de ser!:) 

Andei já a tirar imensas ideias low-cost para tornar o meu quarto mais pessoal e mais bonito, algumas delas são:

It's already Saturday that I finally move to my new room in an apartment shared with 6 girls (Spanish and Belgian) so I assume a lot of fun won't miss! For those who havent heard any news from me yet  I´m loving the classes, the people (my colleagues are from all over the world, particularly India, China, Russia, Colombia and some Italians, etc.). Apart from the frozen time that has been in recent days (and it is expected a minimum of -10 degrees for the next week) , I'm really enjoying it all! I've been walking through the small streets of Milano and already passed by  Via della Spiga, the main street of luxury brands
And lately I've been checking lots of low-cost ideas to make my room more beautiful and more personal, so I'll show you some of them:


1. Apanhar alguns ramos na rua, pintá-los de branco e por dentro de uma jarra
1. Pick up some branches in the street, paint them in white and put it in a vase

2. Comprar algumas velas (dá logo um ar mais acolhedor)
2. Buy some candles (gives immediately a cosy feeling)

 3. Comprar um placard de cortiça (pintá-lo de branco preferencialmente)
 3.Buy a cork board (and paint it white)

ou fazer um "estendal" com corda e molas para prender papeis e folhas mais importantes
or make a "hanger" with rope and springs to hold papers and pictures

4. Encontrar maneiras engraçadas de guardar os brincos e colares. Já vi cá destas caixas transparentes na Muji mas era um bocadinho caras.

And last but not least: arranjar uma bicicleta no mercado e pintá-la claramente de...BRANCO! o cesto pode escapar à cor...

And last but not least: buying a bike in the market and paint it obviously ..WHITE! :)

Como estou com falta de tempo deixo aqui uma lista de 10 peças essenciais que tinha feito em Novembro mas que podem dar jeito agora para aproveitar os últimos dias de saldos! 

A MILANO AND GIVEAWAY WINNER

I'm sorry for  the delay in announcing the winner of the giveaway but these have been  very very crazy   as I just moved to Milan today for my masters. The winner is Harriet Smith , congratulations dear! (the winner was found through random.org)

And this was my last "creation" in Lisbon, I just wanted something naive and a bit childish too , that I can use during the summer -though this might take some months to wear it. Have a Happy week!
